Introducing Westwind Energy’s design for a simple solar energy system. Simple but capable, this power panel and battery box can be used for inverters from 12 to 48 VDC, up to 240 amps. The battery box can supply up 17 kw/h of energy when used with L-16 batteries. Use any combination of batteries and solar panels to suit the storage and energy needs. All options include an MPPT controller and sine-wave inverter. Protected by MRBF and ATO fuses. Grounded with a DC ground rod. This system is designed for semi-permanent installations like tiny homes and cabins. Add any DC accessory with the 11 spare circuit feeds of the sub-panel.
